adobe bridge is a very poor substitute

my attempt to use picasa on the windows side of my macbook, via parallels, didn’t work. the mac and windows sides are recognizing each other, can swap files fine, but picasa itself won’t recognize any files on the windows side, even if i list the network location as a favorite.

successfully installed parallels 3 on my macbook pro

i now have parallels 3 on my macbook pro, and windows xp installed. so far, just basic browsing, installing programs on the xp side, running without a hitch. this is kinda cool. it took about an hour, the install process.
